David is a retired Law Enforcement professional that retired after almost 20 years of service. During his career he had worked as a Patrolman, Swat team member, Search and Rescue Coordinator, Dive Team member and Civil Department Deputy. It was always his passion to safeguard people’s lives, wellbeing and property. Dave’s law enforcement style was more of a “Andy Griffith” small town type of enforcement enjoying being “on the street” getting to know the people he protected.

Even in David’s early life he was involved with being a manager. At the age of 16 David managed a small town video store, if you can remember those? Shortly thereafter, David managed a shipping department for a nation-wide motorsports accessories company. Throughout any career that he chose he was responsible for others property and wellbeing.

David and his wife Lori became property landlords for their own property, during his law enforcement career. Both were involved in remodeling homes which included the hiring of licensed professionals to complete needed work for said rentals and or homes. Checking criminal backgrounds, credit and rental history was a part of renting out the properties. After retiring and relocating to Bonners Ferry area David with the support of his wife decided to start a Property Management/ House Caretaking/ Home Cleaning Service.
