Allen’s Property Management
Price Sheet is Simple:
• $200.00 Initial payment (covers advertising & set up costs)
• 10% of collected rents after (minimum 1 year contract, Renew every year)
• Each owner is different we will contact you with any repairs (if needed) over the amount you specify.
• Monies for repairs (if needed) will be directly taken from income deposited or sent to owner.
• Tenants 1st, Last and Pet Deposits(if applicable) will be held in trust account
Any extra services will be priced on an individual basis
Such as:
Snow Removal
Weatherize
Cleaning
House Checks (must be able to access home )- offered as often as owner needs, written report
